The freezer has a lot of frost. It is set on the recommended setting but is frozen over & I can't adjust it.

Had high hopes for replacing a 23 year old Whirlpool Gold side by side which had ZERO repairs in its lifespan. Even being Energy Star rated and specifically built for garages, this unit does not cool as effectively as its predecessor. I have to Max Cool this thing to be even close to effective. The freezer side works good. Another thing, sad to see that there was no light for the freezer unit. Easy fix from Amazon. I have since adjusted the freezer cooling and loaded the fridge to about 33% full hoping the ambient temp will help.

We downsized when we moved into our new home, including a smaller refrigerator, but this model really has everything we need. Nice drawers that roll out smoothly for easy cleaning, good size freezer.But what I was most impressed with was the service. Our freezer door kept popping open when we closed the fridge, Called service since it is under warranty, and they had someone out the next day! Polite, kind and knowledgeable, he showed me the tricks of all of my appliances.Love Frigidaire!

After ongoing issues with the refrigerator that came with my apartment I decided to purchase my own. I am very happy with the model I chose. It fits perfectly in my kitchen. So far it is running well and the delivery was a breeze. The delivery people even removed my old refrigerator and returned it to the superintendent of the building for me. Though I wasn't looking to make such a purchase I will say that this experience has been a good one thus far.

It is keeping excellent temperature, even in a room that got up to 91° (my central A/C is down). The default middle setting of the temperature select slider was a little too cold at 33°, had to adjust it a bit warmer to get a steady temperature of 37°. Same with the freezer which actually got below 19°. I™™ve only had it a few weeks, but it™™s great so far.

This refrigerator works well. It is roomy and well organized. Plenty of shelves in the cabinet and door. I like the smooth satin finish (front only, alas) and the wheeled produce drawers - easy roll out. Two things disappoint me: I find it a bit noisy and the door seals are a light gray that stands out too much on a black unit. That detail was not apparent in the online pictures. Overall it's a good buy.

Very spacious refrigerator and freezer. Adjustable shelves are very convenient to be able to customize to my individual needs and create the perfect setup for maximizing space. Nice and bright interior. Recommended settings on both refrigerator and freezer are perfect. Looks great in my kitchen and runs quietly.

Nothing special about this fridge. I wish it had a few more additions to it. A butter enclosure/door would be nice. A small ice section/shelf would be really nice for ice cube trays. Also, the sides of the fridge are not very magnetic..which was super disappointing because I have magnetic shelves, hooks, & chip clips that just slide down it now! AND, not a fan of the noise it makes while running.
