This refrigerator was purchased on May 13 2024 and had a repair for defrost timer after a couple of months. Now it's Oct 2024 and the compressor, capacitor and defrost has to be replaced, 5 months. When you shut the refrigerator door the freezer door opens, Frigidaire trys to say this normal, which it isn't. This refrigerator needs to be replaced not repaired.

Has been a week and am very satisfied. It's keeping the food cold and frozen. Measured with independant thermostat. This refrigerator is clean and sleek. Shelves snap lock in place. Has two crispers for different vegatables. Has deep front door bins. Thats cool. Store up your goodies :). The hard-copy manual is partial but enough to get started. Have to get full manual on manuf. website. Save the trees!

It says the doors are reverable but when i went to reverse the freezer door on the top hinge there were about 7 holes drilled in the wrong place with some type pudd patch covering them and the patch was covered up with a liece of white tape none only two of the holes would line up with the bracket( top hinge) never again will i Buy anything frigidaire its too much to explain get frustated just talking about it money gone and wasted but its takes one time to learn

For this short run, so far the appliance is doing everything I would expect for a new unit. I don't believe the short time that I have had the appliance installed is enough time to truly evaluate the appliance. I bought the particular appliance to work year 'round in an unheated garage in southeast Wisconsin.Three years from now send me a new survey and we'll see how we are doing.

We are limited to a fridge 66 inches high in our choices for a fridge in our kitchen because of the cabinetry. This model is very similar to our previous Frigidaire but it is larger. I like the clear shelf over the hydrator drawers so I can see what is in them. It was very easy to install and level and so far it is working well. The only caveat is when I opened the freezer door the other day I noticed there was ice build up on the upper corner near the hinge. Since the unit was only delivered last week, this is something I shall keep an eye on.

I have had many wonderful Frigidaire appliances, but this one is very disappointing. It looks beautiful but is soooo noisy. I don't have the ice making function but it still knocks, clunks, clicks, with heavy humming. I've read the noise guide and it looks like I'll just have to live with it. Also when the warehouse switched the door to a left handed opening which I requested, they failed to replace the top and bottom hinge covers. This of course was a failure of quality control on P.C. Richard's part and not Frigidaire. P.C. Richard has now ordered the covers and I await yet another delivery after which they will send someone to install them. :(
