I bought all Frigidaire appliances for my new house in August 2024. The fridge has been broken since January 4, 20256. They sent a tech from a company, (sub-contractor) which takes as long as two weeks to get parts I learned yesterday that if they™™d sent an in-house tech, the parts would have been much more readily available. I told Frigidaire that my fridge was completely dead when I made the original call. WHY IN HELL DIDN™™T THEY SEND THE IN-HOUSE TECH IN THE FIRST PLACE?? The sub-contractor just called and they still haven™™t gotten the full order of parts but hope to by next Wed. and will be out here then. That means I™™ve been without a fridge for a month! BUYER BEWARE™¦.STAY AWAY FROM FRIGIDAIRE!

I love the steak style of the fridge. The bigger holders on the inside door are perfect. Love that the water filter is up high to reach. There is a light on the water despenser which is wonderful.

My refrigerator is four months old and has been out of service for almost 3 weeks now. A Frigidaire authorized sub-contractor sub came out 1/8 & I've not heard from anyone since until I called Frigidaire service again today & received a huge runaround. I can either continue waiting for the sub-contractor or have a NEW appointment set up with a REAL Fridgidaire tech who has more access to parts necessary to repair this LEMON of a refrigerator TEN days from now and will STILL need to do a diagnostic and wait for the parts. This means I will have been out of a refrigerator for the month of |January. Frigidaire is NOT making this right and I am completely disgusted with your products and lack of service

Basic refrigerator that meets our needs, especially since its case height fits within 1/4" of our kitchen cabinet space. The icemaker and filtered water work great. Settings are easy to adjust. There is much wasted space that could be corrected with an extra shelf or crisper. No light for the bottom half of the refrigerator compartment, but that was easily remedied with a portable battery motion-sensor light.

I was initially concerned going from a freezer below model to a side-by-side, but the deepness of the shelving and drawers has made for ample storage on both sides. This is also our first model with water/ice in the door - my sons are teenagers and (I hoped) finally old enough to help themselves without spilling all over the kitchen floor. So far, so good. The ice-maker and water dispenser both stop immediately upon lever release. Lighting is also great, and the ability to change the settings on the freezer side door couldn™™t be easier. The smooth black surface makes for simple wipe downs that eliminate all traces of fingerprints. We love our new refrigerator!
