Worst Customer Service and Worst Dryer

This is the worst dryer I have ever owned It has stopped working and says it has an airflow issue. LG has refused to stand by their product saying it must be my vent even though I have had multiple people out to my house who have said the vent is not the problem. I am now having to pay repair people to try to find the problem even though the dryer is less than a year old. Worst customer service of any appliance company I have ever worked with. I will never buy an LG appliance again

D80 error code issue

We purchased this machine in July and had it installed in a brand new house. We continually get a D80 code. We have had the vent checked twice and it is 99 clear. So far the only option we have been given is to turn off that code but that seems dangerous.

My LG Dryer

We bought the LG dryer for its load capacity and so far after a months use I would say that this product is bangin. We installed a simple barn door for the utility room and you can barely hear the dryer running even when standing right outside the door. We are extremely pleased with the product .

Moisture sensor a bad

This is second LG dryer weve purchased. Loved my original. Favorite feature was moisture sensor. Dryer would shut off as soon as clothes were dry. This new dryers moisture sensor does not work. Clothes still wet when dry cycle ends. Have to take off energy save to have clothes dry. Had LG repair come check. Said thats how its suppose to work. Told me to only dryer a load of same type of clothes. Save up 10 pairs of jean and put them in at same time. Makes no sense. 15 year old dryer was better than this one.

Bought this 6 months ago. It was damaged during shipping and left in a warehouse until the project was completed two months later. After installing the dryer it was noticed it was dinted on the side. LG shipper or original vendor it was purchased through would help. Fortunately I got a suction cup and stuck it to the side. As long as the suction cup stays on the inside drum doesnt bang against the outside drum. I like the dryer. I just wish there was a little more understanding in this situation. I ordered a washer and dryer in November 2022 and it didnt show up until April 2023.

DRYER WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I bought the washing machine and dryer in January they left in the new house the dryer broken until now nobody wants to take care of it . This machine replaces the 20-year-old machine I had which still worked but did not have this much capacity. I found it very easy to install and with the large capacity the unit is hard to beat. Very good mashine

We have had this dryer for a week and have done many loads. So far we are very happy. This replaced our 12 year old LG dryer. We really like the hopper door and the steam feature. I wish there was a way to keep the drum light on longer. And with large loads we need to select more dry. Overall great machine.

I had this dryer for a few months now keeps going down for low air flow. Checked the exhaust duct and is clear. Have about 20 feet to the exterior wall. Do I need to install a exhaust blower?

Decent Dryer

I have owned this for two months now and its a decent dryer. I wish the front door would lay all the way flat instead of at a 45 degree angle though the ability to open the door sideways is nice too. The drying feature of the machine seems to not quite dry my clothes as well as Id like so I end up having to run it several times to get the dryness I like. Ill have to work with the settings a bit more to tailor it. Fortunately it doesnt over dry or cook my clothes which is good.

Night and Day Difference

I had a Maytag dryer that wasnt working anymore so I went to Brandsmart and ended up getting a Samsung set. It didnt even dry the clothes as well as the broken Maytag that I had to get rid of. This unit is great. The door opens well it drys the clothes with the 1st attempt and makes life easy.
